In the end, most people who are DINKS aren't locked into that as a lifelong trait.
It's just one way of thinking during a transitional phase of life.
It's totally normal for your mindset to change—like going from being a total full-time employee advocate to going independent, or shifting from dual-income to becoming a stay-at-home partner.
People who inexplicably bash it feel like they're clumsily forcing it on a kid in their rebellious phase, and I think that's just lame.
I don't know when this is referring to,
but if you've been working at the client company for over three years on dispatch,
you have to transfer to that client company, so
it would be strange if there hasn't been any discussion among the dispatching company, the client company, and yourself about what to do.
