Tired of the Bonrad/BellyJere discourse so here I am, a person who has read the books, to give an actual literary analysis of this show so everyone can stop arguing and finally understand what’s going on. So in the first book/season Belly has been in love with Conrad 1

“Practically her whole life.” It’s always been Conrad. She’s drawn to him like no one else. The problem is that TSITP is basically twilight fan-fiction. Belly is Bella. She is super insecure, she doesn’t think she’s good/smart/mature/old enough for Conrad to love her 2

So she pushes him away in the meanest and cruelest way. All these guys need some therapy. Jere needs away from his toxic dad and needs someone to push him to grow. Belly needs to get over her insecurity. And Conrad needs to learn to how to communicate.
