The invasion of Ceuta isn't looking good for Spain, and it's their own Supreme Court's faut.

Imagine someone trespassing on your waterfront property, but claiming they didn't break any laws because they swam in from the lake instead of walking through your front gate. That is the absurd reality Spain’s Supreme Court created in Ceuta.

Climb the fence into Spain’s North African territory? Officers are legally required to turn you right away on the spot.

But swim around the edge of that same fence? The court ruled you haven't "climbed" anything, so you're not breaking the law. Instead, you get a lawyer, an interpreter, and months of asylum claims! This is insanity at it's finest. Their borders are being erased in real time by pure legal technicalities and spineless politicians.
