@ufcstore Misleading customers about costs of shipping. $37.50 shipping for a T-shirt is bad enough, but now an extra $50 for taxes into Canada. Not clear at time of purchase, hidden in small print on website. Cost more to ship than product itself. Ridiculous

@AerLingus I tried to book a bassinet seat for my infant on upcoming trip, agent told me I had to pay for this (totalling $120 for both legs). I was not asked to pay for this on previous trips, why now? Surely this should be covered by the 10% of my ticket fee?
