@EE I’m still awaiting a refund on a phone that I paid for before you telling me I didn’t qualify to get the phone it’s been 5 days and 2 customer service agents telling me

@EE I changed the details and then failed it again after doing what I was told and the order still hadn’t been cancelled now this was Tuesday, and I still have received nothing and I will need the money for food and travel tomorrow

@EE Yes Helen it was, I paid the £30 and then got an email saying I needed to answer questions which I did and then was told I failed the credit check..which is fine, I asked the first customer service operative to cancel the order as there was a problem with the bank

They had refunded it when they hadn’t.. and explanation to when I shall receive my money back would be nice, will never pay up front for a phone again if this is how you treat to ur customers

@nick10evans Hi Nick, as a chef we have to do twice yearly training on this, it’s known as Natasha’s law it’s very important part of our training and should be monitored, if chefs have failed they need to be chased up and reported to local councils as your right it’s deadly if ignored
