@Olacabs I booked only ONE cab to Bangalore Airport T1, but Ola generated TWO bookings and charged me ₹60 extra for a ride I never requested. The second driver then abused me for not taking the ride. Please investigate and refund the charge.

I already raised this in-app and got a generic rejection saying it's not eligible.

Despite multiple emails, DMs & a public tweet, there’s still no resolution for CRN 9613086814. Driver refused my chosen online payment, forcing me to cancel.
Disappointed by the silence after repeated follow-ups. Expecting an update before I escalate
