@DavidDack One thing to add, as someone in their 40s who can do a 8.30m mile half marathon: 21k is very a long way for a lot of people I meet/work with and even those doing 25-30 minute 5ks are surprised at my times. The idea of running 100-150km a month to get there is alien to them.
