@Victorianplumb Update: @Victorianplumb have now resolved my return issue and refunded the remaining items. Thank you for reviewing the case. It is disappointing that it took several emails, reviews and escalation to reach this outcome, but I appreciate the matter has now been resolved.

@Victorianplumb Very poor customer service. My £120 refund was refused over claims I believe are incorrect. You said items lacked correct packaging, yet I have Nest footage proving otherwise and a Victorian Plumbing box. Ignoring evidence is unacceptable.
