@GWRHelp on the Guildford to Gatwick Airport route, only half the services offer advance tickets - e.g. on Thu 28th Mar during the day, cheapest ticket on the xx:10 services is an off-peak single whereas on xx:37 it's a much cheaper advance fare. Can you tell me why?

Drivers are completely missing out Farncombe and with no communication! And no need - Only road closure is one level crossing, not both.

@SW_Help the 17:03 and 18:03 rail replacement buses to Guildford have both failed to show up at Farncombe station. Any updates on whether they are running late or cancelled?

@SW_Help just got bus ~1850 from Guildford (10m late), to Farncombe etc. Almost all pax for Farncombe - driver went straight past and into Godalming! When asked, said he was told he could miss it due to a road closure!? Then missed Godalming stn, we had to ask to be let off!

@SW_Help Hi - I got an email about Tap2Go this morning, 3 incomplete journeys on Saturday 4th Feb. My ticket was actually a zones 1-6 Travelcard (from Farncombe). What can I do to avoid being charged? I've completed two journeys but DLR stations aren't shown for the other.
