@virginmedia I’m still waiting for a refund of £800+ from two unauthorised Direct Debit payments taken 7 weeks ago after my account was closed. You’ve confirmed the money is owed and promised payment 3 times, but no refund has arrived. Can the escalation be urgently reviewed?

@strider80 I’ve broke both my thumbs at different times. One of them I would have been fine to play, barely noticed it. The other one (worse injury) it was sore to move my arm, if I tried to move my hand it was excruciating!
