@meggmcnulty@VanJones68 Nearly all new data centers are water free once they charge the closed cooling loop.
No permanent load on water systems.
And there are a ton of permanent jobs created to perform O&M servicing of all the infrastructure both big iron and IT components.
It's obvious and much more than education. People vote their values/conscious and respond to incentives.
This is class, risk, comfort, education, culture, and everything all together. If you line up each of these identifiers, the state stratification is similar.
Urban, educated, less-religious, corporate, comfortable, risk-adverse, wealthy, coastal elites vote for more government as the solution so there is more protection for what they've achieved. They've already made it - what do we need to do to ensure I keep my piece of the pie.
Rural, less-educated, religious, entrepreneurial/SMB owners, risk-takers, grinders, creators, climbers, innovators, working-class, fly-over state people vote against government as they think it's the problem. These folks are TRYING to make it and think government creates even more pain to that end. They want MORE of the pie that the elites already have.
Darwinism as a culture.
Well happy new year to you too! You seem lovely.. 🙄 There is no difference in the logic to let the players move around as much as they’d like as there is to let them move every season. If a starter gets hurt on team A - why can’t they go get a player from team B if that team B player betters their career?
The good news is - all of this will certainly kill college sports…and will do so quickly.
@dsciara@IrvinML@mikeprams@ClayTravis I agree - we should let them transfer mid season - maybe every Sunday is a transfer window. Like a pickup game where you chose a new team before every game
@medic5077@norene_gunner10 Hard to tell for sure but looked mostly like retired people, kids off school, and some college students - yes, most auburn adults would be working as Auburn has a much higher median income and higher cost of living than Gainesville
@HookEmGator@SkyeUnderwood Yeah - we’ve both sucked ass for a while! But I do need UT and UF to be better to beat up on bama and UGA. Enemy of my enemy thing…so good luck to yall too - see ya in JHS in 26 - We’ve had some good ones there…I enjoyed watching Emmitt smith crying in 89!
@hundboy@brianjstultz You are clearly not a season ticket holder. 2 things can be true at once - yes, it’s a cash grab for the reasons cohen mentioned. Yes, it’s screwing the loyal season ticket holders.
Those fans have a right to be pissed
@Gtyndall@Zblackerby@JohnCohenAD Maybe you’re right. We’ll see if it goes down. Skeptical. I think we can all agree this timing was poor - after the tamu game and all. Maybe cohen thinks things could be worse after UGA 😬
