@TheS_Resource Split the course into 2 blocks- first block advise on what is needed to be "competent" and then see where the coach is at on the grass, between the 2 blocks support remotely (and/or in situ, whatever the candidate prefers) and on the 2nd block, assess (on the grass).

@Simonfesta @GillsInTheBlood As Brad has said, our recruitment this summer will be a lot more data driven, based on how Gareth wants to set up. His goalscoring record isn't ripping up trees but that won't be his role - the club would have been more interested in things like %age of aerial duals won etc.

Cinque Ports FC are delighted to announce the appointment of Martin Chandler as our new First Team Manager.

Martin joins us from Lydd U23’s and brings with him a wealth of football experience from across Kent, having played, managed and coached at a number of clubs.
