"'The craziest part,' Alvarado said, 'is that Patrick Ewing knows who I am! I'm just a kid from Brooklyn and Patrick Ewing knows who I am!'"

Brunson has averaged a hair under 30 point per game in playoffs over the last 4 seasons .
Tied for Most Playoffs wins over the last 4 seasons
And had 45 points in a championship clinching , comeback win on the road against an actual Giant .
Ya’ll were just late and now the title validates what he’s done the last 4 seasons .
@NJSportsDoc@dawest76 We’ll see what the future holds. Harper looks extremely special to me and as a Knicks fan I am glad he wasn’t used even more. He was and will continue to be a difference maker.
@NJSportsDoc@dawest76 Yeah having a guy to hard Brunson isn’t important, or Jordan, Kobe, back in the day. Olajuwon and Shaw didn’t guard those guys. The sky is the limit with Harper. Luckily for Knicks his number wasn’t called more often on offense and defense.
@NJSportsDoc@dawest76 He can rivals him on defense, he’s not a finished product yet. Who cares if he can’t rival him in rebounding. He could still ending up being the better player. Did Kobe rival Shaq in rebounding?
@SebastienAudoux@BKJYK1287@BKDrame The degree of foul & time of game absolutely matters. They are much more likely to swallow whistle late in game, whether we like that or not. The only part of the play where it’s clearly a foul, even late in the game, is if he hit his wrist without first blocking shot.
@SebastienAudoux Hand on the back (very light and quick) along with slight body contact would NEVER get called in final seconds of a playoff game. The hand on the wrist is what should have been called, assuming OG didn’t get the ball first.
@billbarnwell@MichaelRedd_ No, it’s a bad process regardless of the outcome! Of course you are right, no one would have complained about a bad process if they hit their shots. That wouldn’t have made the process correct though! Just a fortunate outcome!
@billbarnwell So taking 12 3s with more than 10 seconds left on shot clock in second half with a big lead makes sense? How about milk the clock some more and go down low to a 7’5” player to score some easier baskets/get fouled?
