ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಐಟಿ-ಬಿಟಿ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾತೃಭಾಷಿಕರನ್ನು ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರೇ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮರು. ನಮ್ಮ ನೆಲದ ಯುವಕ-ಯುವತಿಯರ ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ ಹಕ್ಕು, ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಕಸಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಿಂಚಿತ್ತೂ ಸಹಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಕೂಡ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ವಹಿಸಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಐಟಿ-ಬಿಟಿ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ತೆರಳಿ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ, ನಾಡಿನ ಯುವಜನತೆಯ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿತರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸದಾ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಾರ್ಹ. ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ಮಾತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಸಾಕಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೆ ಇಳಿಯಬೇಕು. ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಬಂದು ಹೋದವು. ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವುದಿರಲಿ, ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳಿಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಕಿವಿಯಾಗುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನೂ ಅವರು ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ನಾವು ಐಟಿ-ಬಿಟಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಿ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ʻಆಗ್ರಹ ಅಭಿಯಾನʼವನ್ನು ಕೈಬಿಡುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾದಿಯಾಗಿ ಯಾರೂ ಭಾವಿಸಬೇಕಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾವು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸಂಘರ್ಷ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಲು ಅಲ್ಲ; ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಪ್ರಾತಿನಿಧ್ಯ ಎಷ್ಟು ಇದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಯಾವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಖಾತರಿ ಪಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಾವು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ಈ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವವರು. ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ, ಘರ್ಷಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಅವರು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಆ ವಿವೇಕ, ತಿಳಿವಳಿಕೆ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ ನಮಗೆ ಇದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಆತಂಕಪಡುವ ಯಾವ ಅಗತ್ಯವೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ನಮ್ಮದು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ದೇಶ. ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಏನು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ನಮಗಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಇಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷ ಏನನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿವೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನಾವೂ ಕೂಡ ನೋಡುತ್ತ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕಾಯುವ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯೂ ನಮಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಬದುಕು ಮೂರಾಬಟ್ಟೆಯಾಗಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅದು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ನಾಶವಾಗುವ ಮುನ್ನ ನಾವು ಎಚ್ಚೆತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ವಿಧಿಯಿಲ್ಲ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಬಲಪ್ರಯೋಗದಂಥ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಸಾಂವಿಧಾನಿಕವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲು ಮುಂದಾದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಸಂಘರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಆಹ್ವಾನ ನೀಡಿದಂತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದು ಅನಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹೊಸ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಕನ್ನಡ ಪ್ರೇಮಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆರಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೀಗೇನಾದರೂ ಆದರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮೂಲೆ ಮೂಲೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧವೇ ನಾವು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗೆ ಇಳಿಯಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡ ನಂತರ ನಮಗೆ ಈ ಸತ್ಯಶೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿದುಬರುವ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಸಮಗ್ರ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ನಾವೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ನಂತರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತನ್ನ ಸಾಂವಿಧಾನಿಕ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿದೆ.
