@Infosys_GSTN ALL 3B AND 1 ARE FILED FOR 2023-24 EVEN THOUGH THE PORTAL IS NOT ALLOWING TO FILE GSTR-9 FOR 2023-24. THE LAST DATE IS 31-12-2024. GRIEVANCE FOR THE SAME IS FILED WITH NO G-202412261067553. TILL TIME NO RESPONSE IS RCVD. SCREENSHOT ATTACHED.
As pet the amendment in sec 16(4) the tax payer shall be entitled to claim credit for previous year till next November. Doubts are being raised how the said amendment will help the QRMP Tax Payers?? Clarification needed on this please @nsitharamanoffc@cbic_india@GST_Council

Aadhar - PAN Late Fees
- No late fees should be levy on New Return Filer
- No late fees where assesses have already declared Aadhar No In IT Return Before 31st March 22
- Allow us To Link Aadhar & PAN first than asked for late fees

Income Tax site was not working on 31st March due to certain problem on IncomeTax portal and there was pandemic situation due to COVID,so many of Tax Consultant were not able to file Income Tax Return,so there is request to give extension for 1 week.@IncomeTaxIndia@nsitharaman
ITR - Lot of Taxpayers failed to file/revise their ITRs due to various reasons up to 31st March 2021.
