Extension is not the solution; a fully functional MCA portal is the real need of professionals.

It appears that extensions are being granted not to provide relief to professionals, but to conceal the persistent technical failures of the MCA portal.

What about other forms, incorporation , charge , Director change all other forms.

MCA site is full of glitches.

राहत की आस में बैठी थी CS बिरादरी सारी!

तारीख़ बढ़ी, पर अधूरी रही बात, बाकी फॉर्म्स का कौन सुनेगा हालात?

जब समस्या पूरे सिस्टम में छाई, तो राहत सबको क्यों नहीं मिल पाई? तारीख़ें नहीं, सिस्टम सुधारिए भाई!

@MCA21India Easy to incorporate a company, bt wat about directors of inactive companies?
If company is no longer doing bness & director wants to permanently exit, there should be a clear and simple DIN surrender option.
Easy entry should also mean easy exit.
