Mana dia demokrasi? Mana dia hak asasi? Mana dia hak kemanusiaan? Saya tempik laungan solidariti sewaktu menghadiri “Himpunan Malaysia Bersama Palestin” bersama ribuan masyarakat di Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur malam ini.
Sayugia, himpunan ini merupakan salah satu mesej solidariti Malaysia terhadap perjuangan sah rakyat Palestin.
Kendatipun berdepan tantangan dan ugutan, saya maklumkan hadirin, Malaysia tidak akan berhenti setakat ini sahaja malah akan terus memperjuangkan kebebasan Palestin dan mengutuk pencerobohan tanpa rasa takut.
Ini bukan sekadar isu negara Arab, tapi isu kemanusiaan yang wajar menjadi dukungan kita, kerana itu kita telah membuat keputusan menyokong perjuangan sah rakyat Palestin ke arah Palestin yang Merdeka.
