He then had the audacity to text her the same thing (screenshot attached). This is deeply concerning as he has visited both her and her cousin’s homes at midnight.

Hey @Uber_India, I recently booked a ride from Tardeo (South Mumbai) to Vile Parle. The driver picked me up, and less than 200m into the ride, I asked him to go via the Bandra-Worli Sea Link (which was also the route shown while booking). I agreed to pay the toll.
@Uber_India Also, a driver operating without FASTag is violating traffic norms. Uber should not allow such drivers on your platform. It’s a risk and a hassle for paying customers.

This is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the ₹114 wrongly charged. @Uber_India, customers shouldn’t bear the cost of your drivers flouting rules. Please take this seriously.
