A real leader doesn’t hide behind a chair or a title. He stands among the people, shares their joy and grief, listens to their pain, and fights for their rights.
Power means nothing if you’re disconnected from the people.
The people remember who stood with them—and who made their lives harder. In the end, the people decide.@1JKPDP@JKPDPian1@YouthJKPDP
On August 5, we will raise our voice because it was on this day that Article 370 and 35A were taken away from us. Today, our Party President, Mehbooba Mufti Ji, has called upon us to continue our struggle until Article 370 and 35A are fully restored.
We answer our leader's call with Labbaik, and, InshaAllah, on August 5 we will join the peaceful protest and raise our voice on behalf of the people of the entire Jammu and Kashmir for the restoration of Article 370 and 35A.
InshaAllah, we will make this day successful by standing with our leader and sending a clear message to the world that Article 370 and 35A are our identity and the identity of Jammu and Kashmir. We will continue to raise our voice for their restoration and are prepared to make every sacrifice to protect our identity.@iltijamufti @@parawahid@jkpdp@missionpdp@youthpdp
What the rest of the country had been protesting against over the past month is something the youth of Jammu and Kashmir have been raising for years.
The arrest of 12 accused in the recruitment paper leak by ACB is only the latest reminder of a much deeper crisis. The repeated JKSSB recruitment scams and other allegations surrounding further selections, including academic appointments, are not isolated incidents but part of a pattern that has steadily eroded the faith of an entire generation. The latest arrests are just the tip of the iceberg. The mess in Jammu and Kashmir must be thoroughly cleaned up and merit restored.
On one hand, claims are made about empowering Muslim women. On the other, women facing harassment for wearing a burqa or hijab are met with silence.
You cannot praise Islamic heritage and culture on visits abroad while turning a blind eye to the harassment of Muslim women at home.
True empowerment isn’t a slogan for foreign trips. It is guaranteeing safety, dignity, and religious freedom for every woman in India @MehboobaMufti
Party leader Ms. @IltijaMufti_ joined villagers at Tulkhun, Bijbehara, in sowing paddy fields, standing in solidarity with families facing the threat of losing land they have cultivated for decades. She reaffirmed her support for farmers and questioned attempts to dispossess people of their only source of livelihood and sustenance.
Iltija Mufti met with farmers and assured them of her support in safeguarding their land rights. She pledged to stand with them in the fight for land protection, saying, “We will not let anyone snatch our lands.”
The true voice of J&K Ms @IltijaMufti_ Ji. She stands firm where others have Compromised. A voice that refuses to be silenced. Salute to your Courage.
I love you for your work, @parawahid.
We have only one leader of Kashmir, and that is you.
You are fearless, dedicated,
ready to help anyone.
You are young,
you are humble,
you are down to earth
You are what we need
You are roaring like lion
We love ❤️ you
“What generations have nurtured with sweat cannot be taken away by force."
Standing with the farmers of Pulwama, @IltijaMufti_ reaffirmed that their land is not just property, it is their livelihood, survival & identity. Protecting farmers means protecting their very existence.
Farmers in Padgampora and Dangerpora are being stopped from cultivating nearly 1,000 kanals of land they have farmed for years. Today, we joined them in sowing paddy on these very fields. Land that feeds families cannot be fenced off by bulldozers.
@OmarAbdullah government busy threatening protesters has no answer for farmers. By rejecting the PDP’s Land Protection Bill despite repeated appeals by @mehboobamufti, government has chosen land grabs over livelihoods.
We strongly condemn any restrictions on Urdu in Kashmir. Urdu is our identity and pride. We appreciate Iltija Mufti for raising her voice and standing up for our linguistic heritage.
Govt rejects @parawahid’s bill on regularising daily wagers—yet another blow to thousands of workers waiting for justice and dignity ! #shame on @JKNC_
In all likelihood Ramzan will begin from 19th February. May this blessed month bring us closer to Allah SWT & our Ibadat be accepted. May our hearts be filled with sabr, shukar & barakah 💚
First it was young Tabish, nearly beaten to death in Uttarakhand. Now an elderly Kashmiri is being harassed while the perpetrators roam free. Where are the MPs of J&K who should be raising their voices as such attacks become routine?
Instead of upholding Raj Dharma, the state governments appear to be granting silent patronage to mob violence ,treating hatred as a shortcut to political success. The rule of law has been replaced by politics of fear.
