@jade_wyb @fitbit @FitbitSupport Update 3.27 (7th Aug) has killed mine. At first it was just weird with response, later the screen died completely. If you still have warranty, I urge you to have it looked at. My Versa was beyond help apparently.

@FitbitSupport my versa has died after the new update (7-8th August). The screen is black, buttons unresponsive, sensor doesn't light up anymore. Attempted restarting etc - nothing works. Attempted getting in touch with live chat - the chat never connects. Fitbit, are you there?
