@Computershare Computershare has horrible customer service. I have been trying 8 months to get shares transferred. I cannot get a supervisor. They do not email. Cannot get help or responses
@Computershare has the worst support . They are holding your stocks hostage. Impossible to speak to a human, hold time, representative on mouthpiece with static, email answered days later.

@Bloomingdales Bloomingdale’s had the most horrible customer service. Six calls over 2 hours each saying they were being recorded. Nobody could solve the problem of a credit card (after 35 years of being a customer) trying to activate the card
@AmericanExpress I am still waiting for a customer service manager to call me back to resolve my issue. Customer service needs to be addressed and improved
@AmericanExpress After cancelling my flights booked through American Express platinum with points, Amex has not owned up to their error . Supervisors cannot do anything for their error and are not offering compensation. For $550 a year for over 20 years, no concierge service
@AskAmex I did speak to a travel specialist. That is why I am having the problem. They canceled my flights bought with mikes and confirmed over a month ago. The flight is still available but twice the amount.
@amextravel . Took points for flights, flights confirmed and then said the airline changed times, no confirmation of change, @amextravel cancels. No customer service 2 hours waittime, no compensation. Manager to call in a week to 10 days. @amextravel at fault.
@irapaulh@AmericanExpress i agree #amexplatinum cardholder, they took reservation and then cancelled without noice . no customer service, callback 72 hours to 1 week away. Meanwhile flight price doubled.
