Can @RGIAHyd please grow up? Feels like I am meeting someone in a prison. We are here to say good bye to our dear ones and having to wave through a glass window is just..I would suggest you take out visitor lobby completely or take that glass out . Btw can’t talk properly too.

@RGIAHyd In that case, screen visitors as well to ensure security is not compromised. Watching people put their ears against the small holes in the glass to hear their loved ones is an awful experience. While you are doing a good job overall, this experience is leaving a bad taste
