@IKEA I purchased a Neiden bed frame 140x200 from IKEA Saudi (Riyadh). With two weeks of use It broke. I visited the store, they informed me that parts were out of stock, gave a link to order spare parts. However the wooden frame is not a part that can be ordered. Any advice ?

@NPLArabia my water subscription is still on hold, regular deliveries are stopped for no reason. There is no way I can ask for additional delivery as the WhatsApp service is also not working and the customer service number disconnected

@Aramex_KSA is the worst delivery company in the kingdom. It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t received my package that I could have picked up within 1/2 an hour from my house. Can’t believe that local delivery could take 3 days 😡😡😡
