In digital health, thereโs a divide between startups that go straight to B2B vs those that start with consumers before transitioning to enterprise contracts. IMHO nailing it with the consumer is often the first step to overcoming the all pervasive engagement problem down the road
Liz is onto something here. The message to female founders is a resounding "BE MORE OUTWARDLY CONFIDENT" but it's more important to be your authentic self. And more sustainable.

One of the reasons I believe female founders are underfunded in VC is that they have been programmed since birth not to be braggarts or "Crazy" - thus falling into the crazy woman trope.
