Anyone else experiencing delivery issues with @HelloFresh? Months ago they started to use @Veho for their delivery rather than USPS or UPS. Delivery time (north of Boston at least) has tanked. I want dinners for Mon - Wed and my Mon deliveries get there at 8:00 pm now - if then.

@NationalPro - VERY disappointed that I’m being charged almost $400 extra for extending my rental less than a day and needing to change the drop off from Orlando to Tampa airports. During this extreme storm that caused my Sunday flight to be cancelled I was rebooked to Tampa.

Adding @TeamTurboTax to this. I also just saw that Windows 10 (even with ESU implemented) is not supported. I personally am on Windows 11 but I can't imagine how that makes sense. And now I need to learn more about your integration with AI. If it's just a chatbot fine, else no.

@turbotax - You know what a good way is to really tick off a customer... send them a coupon and then when I chick on the link I get a "DISCOUNT30 is not valid for your account".

Once again @AmazonHelp (very nice representative on the phone) has said my case has be 'escalated' and I should hear back in 24 or so hours. Does anyone have any other contacts if this fails (again). I've never heard back again from this process in the past.

@AmazonHelp - My experience with Amazon Support. "My account is on hold but I can't log into to use the link to upload supporting documents". Support "Here is a link to use". Link send me a 1-time code but then asked me a secondary question when trying to log in that I don't know

Then they seem stuck. They say they will escalate but then I never get a response. They finally give me an email to contact the 'account recover' people but it turns out the account doesn't receive emails. I'm dealing with bots and people who can't find a solution.

@AmazonHelp apparently uses a chat bot and it does not work well. I've received the same failed response 6 different times and a real customer support person pretty much shrugs their shoulders. I miss the days when you could actually get support with expertise vs reading a script

@Quicken - I'm having an issue with considering paying for 4 copies of Simplifi to teach my kids financing. Last year at ~$20 is was OK but I see the price is risen now to $71.88 annually each. Not sure I am willing to shell out $287.52 to keep going. Any discounts?

The whole “Nightly Upgrade Awards” “benefit” is the biggest fraud I have seen. I have NEVER had an upgrade request approved in many, many years as a Platinum member. Just get rid of the benefit or give us the option of getting points.

Not majorly knocking @MarriottBonvoy but Suite Night Upgrade, Nightly Upgrades or whatever they call this “benefit” now is the most useless benefit that means nothing. Just give 1000 points each night or something else and I’d feel better. I have rarely had a request approved.

@MicrosoftTeams - I love using the app and work but when I tried to install the “Home” version (that comes with “Community”) it seems very neutered. Can I not creature “Channels”? How can I add apps to it? Is there a backend Sharepoint to it?

#TNFonPrime - for those complaining about the quality of the stream. I was with you but I just found out that my Roku was set on auto or something else for frame rate - just modified it to HDR 60fps and everything’s is perfect on my LG OLED 4K set.

@amazon - Frustrated with your customer support. Account is 'temporarily on hold' because of a transaction (security) - solution is log into my account where I should see a form to submit evidence to prove my identity. Problem is I cannot log in. Says call CS who says to log in.

@LykaszS @VerizonSupport So... some people at work said MS Teams started to work for them but was still not for me. So I rebooted in case some DNS or something was cached on my system and now it works. However, Bing is still not reachable.
