The new publicly-available database documents the IDF's systematic use of Palestinians as human shields.

2/3 - The database reveals that the IDF forced children and elderly Palestinians to serve as human shields, sometimes forcing them to wear an IDF uniform to draw fire.

The IDF often tortured or murdered the human shields, and sometimes attached explosives to them.

We are migrating all of our mapping software to https://t.co/2bkvy4LzUP, largely out of fear that Palestine archives will be targeted for deplatforms by corporate tech.
