@KyleGarnerMO Agreed! In some way, this may serve as the wakeup call they need. I hope Elon does in fact go in with the trimming of "waste", including welfare that the lazy people in rural areas depend on, let them understand how those they hate were actually their lifeline...
Madame Vice President you ran a great campaign. In 107 days you introduced yourself to the American people and defined what disqualified your opponent. You raised a billion dollars within a matter of days and put together a coalition of the most diverse group of American citizenry. You presented a measure of hope and optimism while displaying intelligence and discipline. You were pragmatic, deliberate, insightful, inspiring, and positive. You were the epitome of a political scientist and your campaign left everything on the field. You were our last best hope for an American aesthetic that millions of us are in pursuit of. I am honored to have been a part of this campaign and I look forward to working with you further to protect our democracy and form a more perfect union. May the ancestors give you enlightenment. May God continue to bless you all the days of your life. Thank you for your service.
@ElieNYC The thing is, he can't run again and will have nothing to lose, so it won't matter so much for him.
The really terrible thing is that he'll now have the older supreme court justices retire and replace them with young maga ones who will extend his nightmare on America
It took several days to count every ballot in 2020, and it’s very likely we won’t know the outcome tonight either. So please keep a few things in mind as you make your voice heard today:
– Thousands of election workers around the country are working hard today. Respect them. Thank them.
– Don’t share things before checking your sources.
– Let the process run its course. It takes time to count every ballot.
Pennsylvania voter: Voting for Kamala Harris is truly the way forward. We've seen so many times recently that the Trump-Vance ticket is just not a good fit for the country
My very last stop on the trail is IN PA! I just arrived for the last time and I’m a mixed bag of emotions!
Each and every one of you that I’ve met on this trail has inspired me about the will & resilience of the American People.
Tomorrow, I’m believing that we will rise to this historic occasion & reject hate, division, demagoguery, & autocracy!
I’m praying for supernatural healing & education over our nation as we turn the page and move forward!
It’s been the honor of my lifetime to stomp for one of the most qualified people to ever run for President & to humbly serve as a National Co-Chair.
Madam President @KamalaHarris loading….
@FJB242024@t_sadiity I'll tell you what Kamala hasn't done... She has never attempted a coup in the United States, never refused to leave any office she was voted out of, never been accused of rape, never been convicted of a crime, no open charges, never filed bankruptcy even once, I could go on!🙄🙃
Could not sleep last night. I woke up thinking about how this should have been Jaime's first time as a voter. I woke up thinking about what I lost because of failed policy for far too many years. I can say with certainty that Jaime would have loved voting for @KamalaHarris. The photo below is of our next President standing at the memorial at the school where Jaime was murdered and looking at Jaime's photo. Today I am hoping that this country turns out to vote for Jaime, and all victims of gun violence, and the chance to do more to prevent future gun violence so that other young people are free from gun violence and get to grow up to become first time voters. I am hoping that this country turns out and votes for those already injured by the draconian abortion laws and the chance to do more to protect health care and bodily autonomy for women. I am hoping that this country turns out in reaction to climate change and the epic disasters that we are now seeing and the hope to do more to reflect that reality that climate change is real. I am hoping that this country turns out to protect voting rights already under attack and the chance to do more to protect our rights to vote in this incredible Democracy. I am hoping that this country turns out and votes to send a message loudly and clearly that we want decency, civility, and honest debate and to make clear that we have had enough of the indecency and "alternative facts" that have affected our political discourse for far too long. I am hoping that this country turns out and votes to make clear that our Democracy is still worth defending and something that American voters can proudly stand and deliver the anthem for, and the rest of the world can look up to.
If you still have not voted, today is the day. Today is the day to vote for what you hope not to lose and also to vote for what you hope for in the future.
Here’s a story from a first-time voter that’s worth a read.
Ayah, thank you for not only making your voice heard, but for encouraging your peers to do the same. You’re the ones who give me hope. https://t.co/GLIYZAKmCL
