@TheMacFixer We just need the two drives. Usually the Seagate 3TB drive is dodgy, so once we get a clean image of it, the outcome is good. When those SSDs fail, they’re rarely recoverable in our experience.

Remember, everyday is backup day, not just Mar 31st. But Chronosync (and the also v useful ChronoAgent) is a superb app for backup and shunting files between drives.
