I worked through hours and hours of puzzles across all levels of difficulty to achieve my 2500 rating which is significantly higher than my blitz and rapid ratings. This was by design. How is the rating drop justified? @chesscom

@MBonvoyAssist - I had made a booking at Marriott Baku from the 12/21 - 12/28. I used my 51K points for the 21st-26th and used my card to book for the rest of the 2 days. Surprisingly got booked under the same booking number - 89319729. But when I checked my account today, I saw only the booking for 2 nights. So I went ahead and cancelled it so I could rebook. But the 51K points never got refunded. Customer care hasn't been helpful either. I am missing the point of being a platinum elite member. Need your help to sort this out

@MBonvoyAssist The original booking itself was 21st-28th but got auto-modified from 26-28 which I why I had to cancel it so I could rebook. there seems to be no trace of the 51K points I spent for the first 5 nights. Thankfully I have an email as evidence

Never again am I getting @EurekaForbes AMC and I highly recommend others not to either! Multiple follow-ups until I buy the AMC and not one whisper after I buy it. I've tried booking a service through multiple channels multiple times but to no avail. Very poor!
