There is no vision so every node makes their own.

Cities should be able to set broad usage guidelines for how lots are used. If you want to do whatever you want, buy unzoned land.

I live in a beautiful place that has a scourge of vape shops, dispensaries, and dollar stores that line main thoroughfares in farm country. It’s the worst.
