@seonu63038896@snmart $IQEβs pot of gold is actually their Milton Keynes site for InP substrate manufacture.
They should pivot their business model to be the primary InP substate provider to LITR COHR BRCM AAOI.
Just fill up unused MOCVD capacity and then focus on expanding substrate capacity.
@seonu63038896@snmart $IQE buys GaAs substrates, but make their own InP at Wafer Technology in Milton Keynes.
They had 2 openings for InP substrate mfg - one role was filled.

@Ren_aramb $IQE also will be at a significant (accounting) cost advantage as most their tools are or will soon be fully depreciated.
Laser makers buying new Aixtron tools will need to depreciate those new machines.
@Ren_aramb This is so bullish for $IQE.
$IQE has 60-70% of idle MOCVD capacity sitting around from their massive expansion in the 2017-19 cycle.
All of this will capacity will just get absorbed by the market.
Then, all that revenue minus variable cost drops straight to profit.
@grassosteve Market is sleeping on this $INFQ story - microsecond-level clock for datacenter - Tiqker blade.
With datacenters going full optical scaling up/out/across, precision timing becomes a necessity - every rack.
Can find this in their March Analyst Day presentation.
