History repeats itself.
Pooh Shiesty forced Gucci Mane to release him from his contract in the same way that Suge Knight forced Eazy-E to release Dr. Dre from his contract.
Eazy filed legal paperwork claiming he was forced to sign under duress; the release was thrown out, and Eazy made tons of money from Dr. Dre's Death Row catalog. That's where the line "Dre Day made Eazy-E's payday" came from.
Pooh kidnapped Gucci Mane and forced him to sign over a release. Gucci now has criminal proof that he also signed under duress. So not only is Pooh Shiesty going back to prison, but he is still under contract with Gucci Mane. And just like Eazy-E, Gucci will make tons of money off Pooh Shiesty's catalog.
Those who don't study history are destined to repeat it.
"In my eyes, if you're a Hall of Famer, you're a superstar but with that being said... the Hall of Fame should be so prestigious that maybe 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 years go by and nobody makes it."
