@Uber_Support Your support team needs to take the customer's side when a driver is clearly in the wrong. Poor service has cost me over $50 on an order that was not delivered, when the driver didn't leave a photo and my house cameras showed them drive by without even stopping.

I currently have an Ecobee 3 that I bought in 2018 that I want to upgrade to a Smart Thermostat Premium.

Are there performance upgrades since the 3, such as faster CPU or more ram? I want to know if the new thermostats chang faster over the app, than my old one.
