@JGoldenThimble@ryanswalters73 Ha! You wish. Mormons have no credibility you guys believe in a fake Jesus and a sham religion and lead by a Masonic sooth sayer. And you’re muted
Joseph Smith stole the seer stone! 😂 You don't get much more ironic than this. The stone used to "translate" the Book of Mormon was stolen property. Of course.
Thank you to the follower who told me about this. Sorry I can't remember who that person was.
@99mayday99 1. Easy: Dead sea scrolls, flood evidence, sodom and Gomorrah judgement, Red Sea crossing and Israel in Arabian desert evid. And more.
2. I’m sure they were killed/threatened. Their bias CLAIM does NOT prove anything and is not really evidence.
3. I am busy.
@JasontheLayman JS made several claims in his additions to Genesis, including a prophecy about the BoM’s appearance in the 19th cent. He added himself into Genesis. These adds lack manuscript support and are unsubstantiated.
Did Joseph Smith forget the angel's name?
Early official LDS histories and the 1842 "Times and Seasons" straight-up called the angel who gave Joseph the golden plates "Nephi"—not Moroni.
Later Mormons quietly changed it and blamed a "scribal error."
If this foundational visitation story can't keep the messenger's name straight across retellings, how reliable is the rest of it?
Details matter. The Bible warns us to test the spirits for a reason.
@JGoldenThimble@ryanswalters73 It’s just facts you don’t like and make Mormonism look ridiculous. Good news!…God is real! Jesus died on a cross for you. Accept the gift and don’t complicate it
@RandomLDS Do you realize a creed is a summary of beliefs? It’s not something we regularly repeat but could be used to effectively describe what a true Christian believes. What is God’s true nature (to you)? You don’t understand God? He’s eternal, uncreated, never a man, lover and creator
