@ZurichKotak i explained him the cause of damage. But he denied to process the claim considering both sides. The impact was on both side. I purchased the policy for the safety and financial protection

I'm having a vehicle insurance policy with you (MR0005061416). My vehicle is in garage for claim processing. Got a call from your Surveyar team (Mr Gagandeep) and told that he is unable to establish the correlation of the impact from both sides on vehicle.
