@PearsonVUE Disgraceful you’re at the mercy of a proctor. My exam was pulled by a proctor who kept txt me if I’d finished my exam. He decided I wasn’t in view and ended my exam. I was on q 6 of a very hard exam and kept getting interrupted. My word against them I suppose 😡
@virginmedia can’t access my fathers account even though exec team have authorised and sent me a password for access. Waited nearly 2 hours on the chat and when I entered the password it wasn’t correct. Agent wouldn’t let me proceed. What now?
@virginmedia It says I can use it for passing data protection. That sounds like via phone. I tried to use it with the agent online as I couldn’t get through via phone
2/ she sent a link to reset password which of course was for my own account and not my elderly fathers. My father no longer has the email address associated with his account nor remembers any passwords. How can I access?
