NFT Price Floor is shutting down June 30. Not because it failed. Because nobody paid for the thing they used every single day.
Founded in 2021 by a 5-person team. David, Nico, Aleix, Jordi, Stefano. No VC round. No token. No shill. Just clean data.
What they built:
- 1,799+ collections tracked
- Historical price charts going back to 2021
- Floor prices aggregated across every marketplace
- Free API that hundreds of smaller tools depended on
- 13 languages
The product did one thing better than anyone: cut the noise. Marketplace floors get distorted by incentive farming, wash trades, and bot listings. NFT Price Floor aggregated across all of them and showed you what things actually cost.
I used it almost every day. Quick floor check. Historical chart for a thread. Comparing collection trajectories. The pink UI with pixel art logo. You knew exactly where you were.
Now think about what we're losing. Five years of historical NFT data. Clean, unbiased, multi-chain. The kind of data researchers cited in papers. The kind of charts CT used in every "NFT market state" thread.
This isn't just one tool dying. This is the pattern:
- Gem(dot)xyz: acquired by OpenSea, killed
- Floor app: shut down
- rarity(dot)tools: irrelevant
- NFT Price Floor: out of funding
Building neutral infrastructure for NFTs does not make money. Especially in a bear market where traffic drops 80% but server costs stay the same.
The people who built the picks and shovels got nothing. The people who sold JPEGs at least got paid on the way up.
24 days left. If you ever used it, go look at that pink homepage one more time.
What's the one NFT tool you'll miss most when it's gone?

VibeStrategy has enough eth to purchase 814 GVCs, which takes the floor from 0.68 to 1.5eth
ChecksStategy has enough to buy 370 Checks and break 0.8eth
Don't worry if you're sidelined, undercutters won't let us get there 😂
Bought some GVCs though
It is very rare to find a builder who is all 3:
1. Sufficiently pragmatic to internalize constructive criticism
2. Able to filter the signal from noise
3. Bold enough to iterate real-time and innovate in public.
I will always back these founders because they ultimately end up finding PMF and getting it right.
Good Strategies™️
@JinxedAwaken True, however 1)Toadz have the second largest marketcap ratio with the nft collection (overvalued?) and 2) chromies have holdings that are not chromies (bug), so hard to value it
