@thameswater how do you justify putting hose pipe bans in place on customers who have seen bills massively increased, maintenance works ignored, massive leaks, and even bigger bonuses / salary increases to managers?
@thameswater engineers not allowed to knock on my door before 8am but it's ok to peer over the back fence with torches and then walk into the garden unannounced! Change your policy!! Thought I was being broken into.
@_blwsh @opodo If you can, talk to you bank / CC provider about a charge back. It was the only way I could get my money back. The more charge backs that get issued, eventually their payment processor will stop allowing them to take payments
@bookingcom you cancelled my booking and still charged my card twice and now tell me you can't issue refunds because the hotel already took money from you. One small hotel Vs a NASDAQ listed company! We can either resolve this properly or I can instruct the bank to do it
