It's clear that legal action is the only language @vfsglobalcare @VFSGlobal understands. They've had a monopoly for too long and abuse it. I cannot spend days stuck in their broken system while nothing gets fixed. Enough.

Soon after payment the systems keeps throwing you out. Tried on different devices same problem. You cant schedule appointment but of cause payment will always be successful!

@vfsglobalcare @VFSGlobal let me be clear: Your system is broken. I've been stuck for 7 days trying to book an appointment online. Constant crashes, no capacity. I cannot proceed. You are not functioning as a service anymore.

@vfsglobalcare 7 days. Seven. I've been trying to book a visa appointment with @VFSGlobal. Their online system keeps crashing, has no capacity, and simply doesn't work. No appointment possible. No way forward. This is unacceptable. #VFS #BadService
