@BritishGasHelp I 100% agree. All i’m saying is that surely there are tiers of vulnerability. So the most critical is ‘see today’, then less critical but still vulnerable eg young children ‘see tomorrow’ and everyone else back to standard SLA. Just take feedback and pass on, no need to reply 👍🏻

So I learned 2 things this morning..
1) Even if you have a small child (18 months) @BritishGas wont help you with a broken boiler any quicker than a normal household. That means 48 hours with no heating or hot water.
2) If your wife is pregnant then they will 😊. On thier way now

@BritishGasHelp Yes thank you. Although still gobsmacked there would have been no extra help even with a baby in the house. That needs reviewing
