@WeberGrills I’ve a pent the best part of £1500 on the Genesis II and love it. Spent another £250 to get the Crafted accessory and flat top and I’ve never been more disappointed with the look of it now. Makes a third of the Bbq useless.

@AmazonHelp You guys did the best you could to resolve the situation. Just can’t believe @UPS_UK wouldn’t isolate the package and have delivered it like there’s nothing wrong. It was open and oddly enough you can’t buy the item separate that was stolen from inside.

@UPS_UK It looks like it’s been kicked here from Spain. Wasn’t surprised to see that something had been stolen from it. Rubbish packaging from @AmazonUK who have to replace.
