"Our investigation paints a radically different picture: one of inflated valuation, absent financial disclosures, cherry-picked comparables, and dangerous accounting games." #ThoughtLeaders
It’s potentially the largest financial distortion in Philippine stock market history. Regulators, investors, and analysts must demand full transparency — now! #ThoughtLeaders https://t.co/5xirRvfNu5
'LET THE LAWS YOU PASS RESCUE THE POOR'
Alan Peter Cayetano at Sen.

Yesterday the Senate did NOT act like an impeachment court. It acted like the partisan old boys club of politicians it truly is. Knowing that a premature dismissal of the impeachment complaint was unconstitutional and unacceptable, they came up with a "compromise" that effectively stalls the trial. All this in compliance with the wishes of their boss in Malacañang and in pursuit of their self-serving political ambitions.

“Harap harapan na tayo niloloko. Kakaibang korte ito — korte ng kababalaghan."
Representative-elect Leila de Lima (ML Party-list) slammed the Senate's decision to remand the articles of impeachment against VP Duterte to the House. https://t.co/SatIeE24kr

NEW: The House of Representatives has adopted in plenary House Resolution No. 2346 certifying that the impeachment case initiated last Feb. 5 against Vice President Sara Duterte complied with the Constitution in line with the first stipulation of the Senate order to remand. | @krixiasINQ
18 Senators trying to delay the Trial including the Senate President. #AbolishSenate#ImpeachSaraDuterteNOW
“NASAAN ANG DELAY… IN FACT, MAPAPABILIS PA.”
WATCH: Senate President Chiz Escudero said there was no delay in the decision to return the Articles of Impeachment to the House of Representatives, as the only possible action of the Impeachment Court under the 19th Congress, which will adjourn at noon of June 30, is the issuance of a summons to Vice President Sara Duterte — not a full-blown trial.
He said returning the Articles may even expedite the process, as it allows the prosecutors to prove that the impeachment complaint does not violate the Constitution and to secure certification from the 20th Congress that it will be pursued, while awaiting for the reconvening of the court | @eimorpsantos
