My wife ordered a hoodie, 2 shorts & a skort from @garageclothing on 6/28. Only the hoodie arrived. UPS photo shows a box too small for the rest. Not theft, not tampering. You never packed them. You closed the case twice & told her to fight my bank for $150 you owe us. Refund us
I was originally contacted by support. They were the ones that told me the tickets I purchased were no longer being honored. They did what they could. The problem was your platform allowing sellers to back out of a deal with no recourse. So, I’m alerting others that your platform does not deliver on their promises. Why would anyone buy tickets on your platform when the seller can just back out of the deal with no consequence.
@StubHubUK@StubHub
As a big gift to my daughter, I purchased specific seats for a UK event through StubHub International. With just weeks to go before the event, I was informed by their customer service that the seller would no longer honor the seats I paid for. Instead, they offered alternate seats that were clearly less desirable—without any compensation.
This is unacceptable from a platform like StubHub. If they allow third parties to sell tickets, those sellers must be held accountable to their commitments. To make matters worse, there’s no mechanism on StubHub’s platform to warn others about sellers who fail to deliver.
While the customer service team was friendly, the platform itself needs to step up and protect its customers. Based on this experience, I would caution others to think twice before using StubHub International.
5 habits that are killing your productivity:
1/ You don’t wake up early (Marcus Aurelius)
2/ You focus on what’s outside your control (Epictetus)
3/ You’re in the wrong crowd (Marcus Aurelius)
4/ You don’t know how to say “no” (Seneca)
5/ You think you’ll live forever (Seneca)
The reason to deliberately do hard things is so that when non-self-elected challenges arrive (& they will), you can tell yourself: “I don’t know how this is all going to turn out, but I am certain I can do hard things.” Don’t self injure. But doing hard things is always worthwhile.

Some interesting insights on why CRM projects fail. I've seen a lot of companies try to mash together Business Intelligence with a CRM tool. CRM is great for the sales process, but I would stay away from integrating data there for reporting.
