@Ask_Spectrum Actually, I was able to log into the Spectrum Business portal and the top of the page says there's a known voice issue: "We're sorry, an outage is affecting voice service in your area. This may prevent incoming and outgoing calls."

I've rerouted our calls in the meantime.
