Prior to 2020, no bullies were seized by police, in 2022 76 were seized as out of control. Again it’s not the dogs genes, it’s the owners

Not helped by greedy unregulated back street breeders selling their puppies to literally anyone.

I suspect nobody has disputed it because they happen to believe what the media is telling them and are happy to accept it without bothering to actually check or research

@mrsfairylights @LADYSARAHXXXX @bootsandpaws27 @GMB They were reported as suspected xl bullies - unfortunately only a FOI request to the relevant police authorities for each one of the cases would possibly provide confirmation if they did actually identify the breeds. That’s the point I’m trying to make - you only have media 1/2

@mrsfairylights @LADYSARAHXXXX @bootsandpaws27 @GMB And I would ask again where you are getting the data that links 12 deaths to xl bullies? - the ONS do not hold this data so it all comes back to what you read in the news. They’re always ‘suspected’ xl bullies and hardly ever confirmed as such.
