@TUIUK not a very good by anyone in the TUI team today, flight TOM2701 cancelled from Larnaca to Manchester today, no explanation why, no ground crew for over an hour. Offered hotels all over the island and no resolution, possible flight home on Wednesday 🤷‍♂️still no contact, poor
