@SenatorWarnock I signed up for 100k in private student loans bc I didn’t qualify for fed loans… it’s my fault and willing to pay 4 service I received… but the idea that banks can crush me with interest is brutal. Cap at 2% for first 10 years increase to 5% after that. Feels fair enough.

@aduronia I worked over the phone CS ... it was the dumbest and most awkward part of the rules I had to follow. Was told that at least for B2B calls the cust was likely to hang up and call back often causing double work. Stupid all around, so many better ways to fix.
