@DollyWishes1 @theRCN The issue I think is they promote band 6's and 7's to make them management and don't give them any training on how to behave. They get power crazy and then start chucking their weight around. Gets to the point you can't leave as you are totally dependent on a reference..

If you don't like your job, employer or your pay then leave and get another job like the rest of us have to. This is about money plain and simple and the juniors need to read the room on affordability of pay.
