@BBGreatMoments No. It’s not bad. Really just brings the pace back closer to what it used to be. As for changes, limiting throw overs to first, the Buster Posey rule, the shift rule- these are more significant changes.
@EddiePresti_ If you must assign blame, it has to go to Stearns. He built the team. He wanted to get rid of Nimmo and Alonso. They fumbled Diaz, but not intentionally
@nut_history Under replay review, I'd let the field call stand. There's a standard of 'ball hits the back of the glove' that I hear is used, or the ump goes by sound if he hears it. Visually there isn't enough to make a definitive call against the field call either way.
@Yankees19962000@YANKPLANE06 If you think Democrats and other non-Republicans and non-conservatives don’t love their country or their God, you’re the problem. I bet you didn’t love your President when it was Biden, Obama, Clinton, etc.
@MrMet720313 @RobertSportsBet@MetsMuse If you’re a real Mets (or baseball) fan you understand that good signings turn bad, that great players get hurt, that players may start the year great then falter or marginal guys may step up late. You know that it’s impossible to predict performance.
@Ben_Yoel Tong was a minor league stud, too. But he’s been smacked in the face with the fact that major league lineups are filled with better hitters than a typical AA or even AAA lineup
