Is this the end of social? Facebook was a way to passively stay connected to friends. Instagram showed us it was more interesting to follow influencers than friends. Tik-Tok didn't require us to follow anyone to get a stream of entertaining content.
So, this replacement drummer was a dad at my kids' elementary school, played in the parents' band that would perform at school fundraisers (including the auction I co-chaired), and taught many of the kids at the school.
